More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators
Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling different sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
More materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
